Complete Cavity Wall Extraction

At CCE Energy Ltd we will ensure that any insulation or debris is removed from a cavity wall.

This involves drilling and removing sections of external wall from around the building and inserting a specialist vacuum that will suck out all the insulation. We use other specialist equipment to go into the cavity and ensure it is completely empty. We may sometimes remove larger section of bricks to remove larger rubble or debris that is also remaining in the cavity.

We have specially designed cameras that we can insert into the cavity to ensure it is completely empty and only then will we complete a job by re-installing the bricks, re-pointing them and painting or re-rendering where necessary.

See below some examples of the completely empty cavities we have done recently….

Remedial Work

Once a cavity is completely cleared, CCE will ensure that any drill holes or parts of the structure that have been removed are put back to how they were originally.

Where possible we will drill into the structure using the holes that were originally made to install the insulation but we may sometimes need to make extra holes but rest assured we will make good all exterior structures ensuring any evidence of work being done by us or even the previous installers is barely visible.

See below some of the recent remedial work completed following an extraction…
